Built by SwiftCore Solutions, it integrates features for property comparison, eligibility checks, interactive map views, and direct mortgage application submission to Banque Misr — all with Arabic and English language support.
Developed using Flutter for cross-platform performance, the app serves as the single trusted source for government-verified property listings, enabling citizens to browse, compare, and apply for housing projects directly from their mobile devices with full bilingual support.
